This evening as I was getting ready for bed (and had every intention of ignoring my poor blog) I realized that I started this blog one year ago today.
Although it is still in its infancy (I don't think I can hardly consider 88 posts much more than a newborn), it is one calendar year old. Which is probably more like 7 in blog years.
Since I have been such a bad blog mommy,.......silly me,.......I have been chasing around 4 human children and sometimes it seems that there aren't enough hours in a day for that let alone tending to my blog baby,............I decided that I had better commemorate my blogs one year mark. ( How is that for a run on sentence with endless grammatical and punctuation errors?)
To my blog on your birthday............I Vow To (try to)............
-neglect you less
-post on you more
-change up your look once in a blue moon
-be more grateful that I can vent my creative rantings on you
-and host a giveaway in your honor
You all know the drill. To enter the giveaway you need only leave a comment. My followers can enter twice, and if you blog about the giveaway I will enter you three times. Ah Holly, congratulations! I recall when I stumbled upon your completely new blog. I was a novice myself at that time and I knew how nice it was to have strangers stopping by leaving a few kind words.;)
I have so enjoyed getting to know you dear friend and I love all the comments you leave at my place, they warm my heart.;)
As for blog neglect, if it is any consolation, I am in constant awe of you; having 4 kids and a blog and have enough time for both is an achievement deserving a medal.;)
