Shiny Baubles........

It has been a jewelry making Monday!!

Actually, it has been many days of jewelry making to be much more accurate.

I love having a blog to vent my creative energies,...but one can only vent so much before their home becomes a warehouse for an overload of creative clutter. So, my question to all of my bloggy friends out there is....Just how much work is an Etsy shop??

These are all so pretty! :)

I'm not sure about the etsy shop - I have a friend who says it's pretty easy, though. Good luck if you try it!

I have never heard of an etsy shop before.... I would be curious how you make it work! I love your shiny baubles though! I was looking for some earrings this morning and was thinking that I had too much homemade jewelry. I am going to have to clean out my shiny baubles!

Holly, did you make all these? I am so impressed! They are so lovely, I would wear them all, just my kind of jewellery. I love the colours and the design, you are so talented. Is there any thing you cannot do???
All I can say is; "WOW!"

Holly you are beyond amazing! I've never done etsy, but I have sold to a floral shop, down the street. Three actually. One nice advantage about working with a shop is that they give you cash on the spot. I mean it's like selling to someone with a serious budget. You have to give them a wholesale price, but I don't have to wait to see if someone is interested, and they usually buy several. But that is gift art, so maybe it's a little different. But I doubt it. I actually would imagine, jewelry would do better seeing as it is functional. The other advantage is you get immediate feedback from the shop owners, as to what colors sell well, etc. Some of my best design came from that kind of feedback. Good luck!
P.S. Don't bother with consignment. I had one lady ask me if I wold, I stared at her for about 3 seconds, until she said, "no of course you won't.'
and bought me out cash.

My word those are GORGEOUS!! You are definitely THAT person that can do it all!!! I have bought several things at people's etsy stores but don't have one myself. I think you could also take your jewelry to some of the gift/specialty stores in your area and see if they will sell it on consignment or just buy it outright from you to sell in their store.....never hurts to go see.

Oh Holly start an Etsy shop. You could totally do it. I buy stuff there all the time! All this creative energy could be making you $! (To buy more stuff to craft with right?!)
